Unused and in Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to pet poop bags, cat litter, etc. These exclusions will be clearly specified on the product page.
