Robotail SEO Analytics Privacy Notice

Effective date: October 13, 2026.

This notice describes the Google API reporting integration in Robotail SEO Analytics. It is separate from the online store’s customer privacy policy.

Data accessed: the account holder grants analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly. These permissions allow the tool to read Google Analytics data and Search Console data for resources accessible to the authorized account. The configured resources are Robotail’s website property and Analytics property. The tool does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google Contacts.

Purpose: the tool uses reporting data for internal website performance analysis and SEO reports. Google API data retrieved by this reporting integration is not used for advertising targeting, sold, or sent by the collector to train AI models.

Storage: OAuth credentials are stored in a local configuration file on the operator’s computer. Reporting results are stored as local project files and remain until the operator deletes them. Google itself processes authorization and API requests under its own policies. Any separate decision by the operator to share a report is outside this collector’s automatic workflow.

Control: the account holder can revoke the application’s access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized API requests, but does not remove reports already saved locally. The operator can delete those reports and local credentials separately.

Robotail SEO Analytics’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
